Terms and Conditions – BegalBet Online Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BegalBet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and BegalBet ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the BegalBet platform, including the website at begalbet.app, the BegalBet mobile application, and all related services.

By registering a BegalBet account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the BegalBet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use BegalBet.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one BegalBet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.

When registering your BegalBet account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for keeping your BegalBet login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.

4. Deposits & Payments

BegalBet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on BegalBet are processed in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees on BegalBet.

• The minimum deposit amount on BegalBet is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your BegalBet balance instantly in most cases. Processing delays caused by the payment provider are outside BegalBet's control.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• BegalBet does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers from unverified sources.

5. Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount on BegalBet is ৳200.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your BegalBet account.
• BegalBet may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.
• BegalBet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

BegalBet offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. The specific terms for each offer will be displayed at the point of claiming.

• Bonuses are credited to your BegalBet account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on BegalBet bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• BegalBet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games on BegalBet use a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. BegalBet does not manipulate game results in any way.

• Each game on BegalBet has its own rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentage. These are displayed within the game interface or in the game information section.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake will be returned to your BegalBet balance.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, BegalBet reserves the right to correct the result and adjust balances accordingly.
• Sports betting odds on BegalBet are subject to change up until the event starts. Bets placed before an odds change are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of placement.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BegalBet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be voided.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to disguise your location or identity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using BegalBet for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing BegalBet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the BegalBet platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
